Objectives

Elizabeth Finn Care helps British or Irish people in need whose former careers have been interrupted or ended through physical or mental problems, loss of work or family breakdown or those struggling on an inadequate income in retirement. No account is taken of religious
denomination, political opinion, age or place of residence. We can help the person who applies to us and members of their immediate family.

Elizabeth Finn Care gives weekly grants to help with day-to-day living expenses and can also help with the cost of emergency repairs and replacements such as a leaking roof or broken boiler or fridge. We can contribute to the cost of much needed specialist disability aids and we can offer help with fees in care homes.

Qualifying Occupations

Elizabeth Finn Care qualifying occupations generally require a higher-level qualification or extensive study equivalent to NVQ Level 4 and above. Such training leads to a level of responsibility and a mastery of specialised knowledge and work experience. People can also be assessed on the basis of their current or ex-partner’s or parents’ occupation.
