Sign Elizabeth Finn Care's Petition to Ensure The EU Imposed Tax on Mobility Scooters Is Not Passed onto the People Who Rely On Them
Mobility scooters now share the same classification as a F1 racing car. This means the UK will be forced to impose a 10% tax on all scooters entering its borders from outside Europe (nearly all are made in the Far East). In most cases, this cost will be passed on to the disabled consumer. Find out more and sign our petition.

Disabled adults are twice as likely to live in low-income households as non-disabled adults and two-fifths of adults aged 45-65 who are living on below-average incomes have a limiting, long-standing illness or disability.

'I call upon the UK government to ensure that the EU imposed tax on mobility scooters is not passed on to the people who rely on them.'
