Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited appoints new Chief Executive

Elizabeth Finn Homes Limited (EFHL) has appointed Carolynne Miller as its Chief Executive. Carolynne, who was previously Managing Director of EFHL, undertakes her appointment with immediate effect.
EFHL is a fully owned subsidiary of charity, Elizabeth Finn Care. Jonathan Welfare, Chief Executive of Elizabeth Finn Care, commented: “Carolynne has run our homes to an award-winning standard for over four years, so this promotion represents the natural progression of a great talent within the care sector.”
There are 800 staff caring for almost 500 residents across 10 homes within the Elizabeth Finn portfolio.
Prior to working in the voluntary sector, Carolynne held senior posts with a variety of corporate providers, including Priory Hospitals, Southern Cross Healthcare, Highfield and the Sandown Group.
Carolynne, who won the Caring Times Independent Care Operator of the Year Award 2006, said of her appointment: “I am delighted to be taking my career at EFHL to the next stage. The quality of our homes and care is second to none within the sector, and I will strive always, not only to maintain this reputation, but build upon it.”
